Measure the circumference around the neck at the recommended measurement point using a measuring tape.
Keep the head in a natural, upright position and ensure the measuring tape sits comfortably around the neck without being excessively tight or loose.

How to wear it
STEP 01
Open the Collar
Open the fastening and hold the Cervical Collar Soft in the correct orientation.
STEP 02
Position Under the Chin
Place the contoured section of the collar comfortably beneath the chin.
STEP 03
Wrap Around the Neck
Bring both ends of the collar around the neck while maintaining the correct position beneath the chin.
STEP 04
Secure
Fasten the collar securely at the back or side according to the product design.
STEP 05
Check the Fit
Ensure the collar sits comfortably around the neck and provides support without excessive pressure.
Important: The collar should feel secure without restricting breathing, causing difficulty swallowing, numbness, tingling or excessive discomfort.

- Air dry in shade.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Secure hook-and-loop fasteners before washing, where applicable.
