Measure the circumference around the upper forearm at the recommended measurement point using a measuring tape.
Keep the arm in a relaxed position and ensure the measuring tape sits comfortably around the forearm without being excessively tight or loose.

How to wear it
STEP 01
Open the Support
Open the fastening strap and prepare the Tennis Elbow Support for positioning around the forearm.
STEP 02
Position
Place the support around the upper forearm in the recommended position below the elbow.
STEP 03
Secure
Wrap and fasten the strap securely around the forearm.
STEP 04
Adjust the Fit
Adjust the fastening until the support feels secure and comfortable.
